As a sports coordinator, my role is to enhance the holistic development of students by focusing on their mind, body, and character through sports. By instilling these values, I aim to empower students to become well-rounded individuals who possess not only athletic prowess but also strong character traits. The joy of witnessing their growth and transformation is what drives me in my role as a sports coordinator. The committee also plays a vital role in promoting a positive and inclusive environment within the group, fostering a sense of community and support. They may also collaborate with other committees or organizations to provide necessary resources and support to group members.
